Zach Doyle is a Kentucky native and a University of Kentucky graduate with more than eight years of experience in the insurance industry. He started his career as an agent with Allstate before making the transition to the independent side, where he could offer clients more options and more flexibility.

In 2020, Zach opened Signature Insurance Group with a simple goal: to be an in-depth advisor for every client, not just a salesperson. He specializes in home, auto, and habitational insurance and takes the time to understand each individual’s situation, exposures, and priorities, so coverage decisions are based on real needs.

Zach’s approach is consultative and straightforward. He believes clients deserve clear explanations of what their policies do (and don’t) cover, what coverage limits actually mean in real-life scenarios, and how pricing and deductibles affect protection at the time of a claim. He’s proud to offer honest guidance on coverage and rates, even when that advice doesn’t “win” him the business, because long-term trust matters more than short-term transactions.

When he’s not in the office, Zach enjoys playing golf, driving Kentucky backroads in his 1971 Corvette, attending car shows with his dad, and spending time with friends and family at the lake.

Joe Baxter brings a lifetime of agricultural experience and a passion for supporting farmers through every stage of their operations. Having worked hands-on across cattle, horse, hay, corn, and tobacco farms, Joe has developed a deep and practical understanding of the farming process, from animal care and crop management to planting, harvesting, and everything in between.

His firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective on the daily demands, risks, and responsibilities that come with running a farm. Joe’s background allows him to connect with agricultural employers on a personal level, helping them identify the right coverage solutions to protect both their employees and their operations. He understands that effective workers’ compensation insurance isn’t just about compliance, it’s about peace of mind for those who work tirelessly to feed communities and sustain the land.

In addition to his farm work, Joe served as a housing inspector for the state of Kentucky, where he gained extensive insight into the H-2A guest worker program. Combined with his family’s experience as H-2A agents, Joe developed a strong grasp of housing requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. This expertise allows him to guide agricultural employers through the complexities of the H-2A process with clarity and confidence.

At his core, Joe is dedicated to helping farmers succeed. His mission is to simplify complex processes, eliminate unnecessary stress, and provide practical, informed support that allows farmers to focus on what truly matters, caring for their land, their livestock, and their people.
